Payment for successful application is non-refundable.  Please read the following carefully before you apply.

ELECTRONIC COPIES HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO GRADUATES

Self-verifiable electronic copies of transcripts and degree scrolls/graduate diplomas have been issued to the following cohorts. 

  1. OpenCerts have been issued to the following batches of graduates*:
    • First Degrees (Bachelor): those admitted from August 2005 onwards
    • Higher Degrees (Graduate Diploma, Master, and Doctoral): those admitted from August 2004 onwards

    You may download your OpenCert files from mySkillsFuture > Skills Passport.  Please click here for login information.

  2. Verifiable PDF have been issued to the following batches of graduates and students*:
    • those who graduated from July 2025 onwards – issued to your NUS lifelong email account
    • those who completed exchange programme or lifelong learning programme (Specialist/Graduate/Executive Certificate) – issued to your personal email address recorded in our system at the time of programme completion

*excluding Joint Degree Programmes graduates and those with “holds” on your records

Please refer to e-scrolls and e-transcripts for more information about sharing your electronic document with third parties and verifying your credentials. Thus, you do not need to request for another copy as the application is chargeable.

    b) Electronic Transcript (in Verifiable PDF)**

    $5.00 per email address for each degree***
    c) Electronic Degree Scroll and Transcript (in Verifiable PDF)**  (available to full qualification degree and graduate diploma programmes completed from 2009 onwards)

    $10.00 per email address provided for each degree***
    ** This option is applicable to the cohorts that have been issued OpenCerts (see section above)
    *** For multiple programmes completed at the same time, please indicate DDP or CDP for the respective programmes in the same degree row. 

  2. You SHOULD NOT submit the application
    1. if you graduated from the following programmes as they do not issue any transcript.
      • Master of Medicine
      • Master of Dental Surgery
      • Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology
      • Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine
      • Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology
      • Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine
      • Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine
    2. if you graduated with the Bachelor of Engineering degree between 1985 and 1994, with your first year at NUS and subsequent years at Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI).  Please apply for your transcript from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
    3. if you have a "Hold" in your record as your degree scroll and transcript are withheld. Please get the necessary clearance before you apply.

  4. This application system accepts payment by VISA, MASTER, AMEX, AliPay and PayNow.
